1 case lettuce
3 lg. pkgs. carrots
3 stalks celery
6 bunches onions
7 pkgs. radishes
2 heads purple cabbage
4 cucumbers

1 gal. dressing
2 qts. white vinegar
3/4 qt. salad oil
1-1 1/2 qts. sugar to taste
3 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Taste for desired sweetness.
