CARROT & PINEAPPLE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour (do not sift)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 c. grated carrot
1/2 c. crushed pineapple

Add oil, eggs, carrot, crushed pineapple to dry ingredients and mix all ingredients together. Bake in greased and floured 9"x9"x2" pan for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
