1 lb. bacon, fried crispy
1 head lettuce, broken into sm. pieces
1 c. grated cheese
2 bell peppers, chopped finely
1 can English peas, drained
6-8 boiled eggs, finely chopped
1 c. mayonnaise, beat until creamy

Layer the ingredients above; until nearly all used up. End with last layer as follows: Lettuce with bacon and eggs sprinkled on top. Chill.
