CINNAMON CANDY 
2 c. sugar
1 c. Karo syrup
1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. red coloring

Mix all of above and bring to a boil until mixture sounds like it is cracking when dropped in a bowl of cold water. Then remove from heat and stir in a small bottle of cinnamon. Pour on a piece of ungreased foil; let cool and break into pieces.
