CINCINNATI STYLE CHILI 
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
6 oz. tomato paste
1 qt. water
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
4 bay leaves
16 oz. tomato paste
2 lbs. hamburger, browned
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. chili powder

Combine ingredients and simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve over spaghetti and top with your choice of chopped onions, chili beans and shredded cheese. (Sour cream and crackers optional.) Freezes easily.
