CINCINNATI "STYLE" CHILI 
5 c. water
2 lbs. ground beef, raw
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 lg. onions, diced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 toe garlic or powder
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. red or chili pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
6 oz. tomato paste
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
3 lg. bay leaves

Mix all ingredients and simmer 3 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve over cooked spaghetti, then smother with grated cheddar cheese. Also great with chili beans and chopped onions. Super as a hot dog sauce!
