CORNBREAD DRESSING 
1 bunch green onions
5 celery ribs
2 eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 med. bell pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Giblets

Boil giblets until tender. Cut up and add to crumbled cornbread. Add all other ingredients. Add stock to your desired consistency. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes at 350 degrees F.
