SUPER CHUNKY BROWNIES | |
3/4 c. all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1/3 c. butter 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. water 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1/2 c. chopped nuts Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In small saucepan combine butter, sugar and water; bring just to a boil and remove from heat. Add 1 cup chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Stir until morsels melt and mixture is smooth. Transfer to large bowl. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually blend in flour mixture. Stir in remaining 1 cup of chocolate chips and nuts. Spread into 9 inch square baking pan for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely. Makes 16 2 1/4 inch squares. |
