COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. pickle relish
1/2 onion - optional

Pour hot water over Jello - when it begins to gel, add cottage cheese, cheese and mayonnaise which have been blended together. Add remaining ingredients.

Set until firm in 8 x 8 pan.

Double for 9 x 13 pan.
