QUICK CHEESE FONDUE 
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. beer
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. paprika

Combine soup and beer and heat. Toss cheese with flour and paprika. Add to soup mixture, stirring until cheese melts and blends into soup. Serve with bread cubes, vegetable or fruit pieces or cocktail franks to dip. Makes about 2 cups.
