CRACKER PARTY FISH STEW 
3-4 lb. fish (any kind)
5 lg. Irish potatoes
5 med. onions
2 med. tomatoes
1/4 lb. bacon
Salt
Pepper

Cut fish into 1-2 inch strips. Slice potatoes into 1/8 inch slices. These may be cut into halves. Slice onions same as potatoes.

Put in layer of fish, layer of potatoes, layer of onions, some bacon and tomato pieces, salt and pepper. Cover with water and repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Each layer being covered with water, use deep pot and cook until potatoes and onions are done. Serves 10-12.
