CHICKEN SALAD TOCA 
8 breast halves of chicken
1 (14 oz.) chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. Wish Bone Italian Salad Dressing

Simmer chicken breasts in chicken broth with bones and cut chicken in bite size pieces. Marinate chicken pieces in salad dressing 5 to 6 hours or preferably overnight.

Next day prepare: 1 shallot, finely cut 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped fine 1/4 c. toasted almond slivers 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. mustard (Mr. Mustard or Dijon) Salt and pepper to taste White seedless grapes (when in season) cut in half

Mix the above ingredients with the marinated chicken. Chill and serve on bed of lettuce or in sandwiches.
