PISTACHIO SQUARES 
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together. Pat into buttered 9x13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 325 degrees until lightly browned.

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
4 1/2 oz Cool Whip

Mix together with electric beater. Spread on top of pie crust. Refrigerate until cool and set.

2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
3 c. milk

Beat until thick. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Put in refrigerator to set.
