SNACK MIX 
3 c. small shredded wheat
3 c. puffed rice
3 c. long thin pretzels
1 c. broken walnuts
2/3 c. melted corn oil butter
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. low sodium Worcestershire sauce

Combine cereals, pretzels and nuts in a large bowl. melt butter and add all seasoning. Pour over cereal mix, stir to coat. Spread on baking sheet, put in 200 degree oven for 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to brown evenly. Cool; store in airtight container in cool place. Will keep for 2 weeks. Makes 10 cups 1/2 cup contains 121 calories, no cholesterol and 3 mg of sodium.
