1 stick butter, melted
4 T Worcestershire Sauce
2 T seasoned salt
1 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1/2 t celery salt
1/4 t cayenne pepper (optional)
3 C Corn Chex cereal
3 C Wheat Chex cereal
3 C Rice Chex cereal
1 c mixed nuts
1 c pretzels (small round ones or pretzel sticks)

Melt butter in microwave; add seasonings and stir until blended. Pour half of butter mixture into large roasting pan. Add cereals, nuts and pretzels; stir until coated. Add remaining butter mixture and stir again until all pieces are coated.

Bake at 250°F for 1 hour. Stir frequently to ensure that all pieces are baked. Remove and drain on paper towels. Stir in airtight container.

Yield: 12 cups.

NOTE: Chili powder may also be added for a southwestern flavor.
