2 pkg. crescent rolls 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 3/4 c. salad dressing 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese 1 envelope HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix 3/4 c. carrots, green peppers, broccoli and cauliflower (any green or fresh vegetable), chopped fine Line large ungreased pan, 11 x 17, with rolls. Bake at 350°F for 7 or 8 minutes only until they start to brown. Do not overcook. Cool. Mix grated cheese and cream cheese together. Add salad dressing and HIDDEN VALLEY®. Mix thoroughly and spread over rolls evenly. Sprinkle the mixed vegetables over cheese evenly. Spread plastic wrap over and press them down into the cheese mixture with your hands or use a pan and press them down. |
