BAKED STEAK 
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 to 3 lb. round steak, cut in serving sizes*
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 pkg. mushroom gravy mix
1 pkg. onion gravy mix
1 1/2 c. water
1 to 2 small can mushrooms (optional)
1/4 c. chopped parsley

*Have butcher run meat through cuber. Combine flour, salt and pepper in plastic bag. Add meat and shake well to coat. Brown in oil. Remove steak and place in shallow 3-quart casserole. Combine mixes, water and parsley in skillet. Heat, stirring to loosen brown bits. Pour over steak. Add mushrooms. Cover and bake in 350°F oven for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
