TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3/4 c. water
16 oz. refried beans
8 oz. taco sauce
9 inch pie shell, baked
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed corn chips
shredded lettuce
chopped tomato

Cook ground beef and onion until brown. Drain and add seasoning and water, stirring well. Boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Combine beans and half the taco sauce. Spoon half of this into pie shell and top with half of the meat mixture, half the cheese, and all the chips. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400°F. Cut into wedges and top with lettuce, tomato and remaining taco sauce.
