TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 c. crushed corn chips
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
8 oz. Colby cheese
Deep dish pie plate
Salsa
3/4 c. water

Brown ground beef with onion and drain off fat. Add taco seasoning and water. Mix well and simmer for a few minutes. In the pie plate, press down crescent rolls to make the crust. Place corn chips in dish and cover with ground beef. Gently spread sour cream over beef and cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with salsa.
