WHITE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES 
4 oz. butter, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
3/4 c. flour
4 oz. white chocolate, cut into sm. pieces
1/3 c. nuts

Beat together butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add melted, unsweetened chocolate and beat for 2 more minutes. Add flour and beat 1 minute to blend well.

Stir in white chocolate pieces and nuts. Spread evenly in a greased, 8 inch square baking pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Brownies will be soft, do not overbake. Cool completely and then cut into squares.
