TUNA BISCUIT LACE-UP 
1 (12 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 c. diced Cheddar cheese
1 c. cooked peas
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. salad oil

Combine tuna, cheese, peas, onion, salt and pepper, and mayonnaise.

In another bowl mix Bisquick, milk and oil until all combined. Turn out on lightly floured aluminum foil (big piece). Knead lightly about 10 times. Roll to 15 x 12 inch rectangle.

Starting from narrow end, spoon tuna mixture down in 4 inch strips. Cut slashes in dough at 1 inch intervals on both sides of mixture. Bring up strips and lace together over top, sealing ends. Lift foil to a cookie sheet.

Bake at 425°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Slices and serve.
