CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS 
3 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. water
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 boiled hen & broth

Mix flour, salt and shortening. Combine eggs and water. Add egg mixture to flour mixture. Divide into 3 balls. Roll out very thin and cut. Drop pieces into boiling broth. Add chicken pieces.
