LIGHT FEATHER DUMPLINGS 
2 c. flour or Bisquick
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg, well beaten
3 tbsp. melted butter
About 1/2 c. milk

Sift dry ingredients together. Then add the well-beaten egg and melted butter. Add enough milk to make it moist and make a stiff batter. Drop by teaspoon or tablespoonsful into boiling beef or chicken broth. Cover. Cook about 18 minutes.
