CARAMEL CORN 
2 cubes butter
1/2 C Karo syrup
2 C brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Boil butter, syrup and brown sugar together for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla.

Stir well and then pour over 2 gallons of popped corn. Stir well and bake in 250°FF oven for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Peanuts may be added.

Serves 8-12.
