OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
15 c. popcorn
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Heat oven to 200 degrees, put popcorn in shallow pans. In saucepan, heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt, stirring until bubbly. Continue on medium heat 5 minutes. Stir in soda until foamy, pour over popcorn, stir well. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Store in Tupperware. 15 cups.
