1) 1 stick butter 1/2 c. nuts 1 c. flour
2) 1 c. powdered sugar 1 pkg. cream cheese 1 c. Cool Whip
3) 2 boxes instant pudding, any flavor
4) Cool Whip Nuts Coconut

Bake first layer at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes (microwave for 7 minutes). Mix ingredients for second layer and spread on first. Mix pudding according to package and spread on second layer, top with Cool Whip and sprinkle nuts and coconut on top.
