SQUASH `OLE 
4 med. squash (any kind)
1 lg. onion
2-3 med. fresh tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped green chilies, to taste
2 tbsp. oil
Salt, pepper & dash of garlic salt

In large skillet heat oil. Add sliced squash and onions. Cook quickly. Add coarsely chopped tomatoes and green chile, season to taste.
