FISH CAKES 
2 c. fish
8 med. size boiled potatoes
1 egg
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter

Mash the potatoes and mix with the fish. Then beat the egg and add that with the butter, fish and potatoes. Season with salt and pepper, form into small cakes and fry.
