SWEET POTATO PIES 
4 med. sweet potatoes
1 c. milk
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Boil potatoes until done. Peel and add 1/2 of milk. Beat with mixer; add other half of milk, sugar, and melted butter. Add vanilla.

Pour into 2 pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This pie filling freezes well. If your potatoes are going to the bad, prepare this filling and freeze; ready to use.
