RHUBARB PIE 
3 c. rhubarb, cut up
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
Juice of 1 orange
1 tbsp. butter

Cut up rhubarb. Beat eggs and add sugar, flour, orange juice and butter. Add rhubarb and let it stand while you make a double crust.

Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees, then lower the temperature to 350 degrees for 35 minutes more.
