CUSTARD PIE | |
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell, chilled 4 slightly beaten eggs 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp. almond extract 2 1/2 c. milk, scalded Nutmeg Blend eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, and almond. Gradually stir in scalded milk. Pour into chilled shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in hot over at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes until knife inserted halfway to center comes out clean. Cool. |
