GREEN CHILI STEW | |
Pork roast, beef roast, or ground beef 3 cans potatoes 2 cans chopped tomatoes 1 chopped onion 4 cubes beef bouillon 3 c. water 3 sm. cans green chilies (add more or less, to taste) Brown meat and drain. Add water, bouillon cubes and onions, simmer for 10-15 minutes. Add tomatoes, potatoes, chilies and simmer until flavors blend. Serve topped with grated Longhorn cheese and flour tortillas. |
