CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked chicken
1/2 pkg. bread stuffing
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. cooked rice

Cook rice. Mix together rice, chicken, soup, broth, and onions. Put in casserole dish. Spread stuffing over top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
