ENCHILADAS | |
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger 1 med. dry onion, chopped 1 lb. can refried beans 2 cloves garlic, grated or minced 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. bottled taco sauce 12 corn tortillas 1 (16 oz.) can enchilada sauce 3 c. shredded cheddar cheese Brown hamburger and onion and garlic; drain. Add refried beans, salt and taco sauce. Simmer about 10 minutes. Grease a 9"x13" pan, pour about 1/4 of the can of enchilada sauce on the bottom of pan. Fill each tortilla with about 1/2 cup filling, roll and place in pan seam side down. Spoon rest of enchilada sauce over top. Sprinkle grated cheese over and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
