CRESCENT ROLL CHEESE CAKE 
2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg, separated

Mix cream cheese, vanilla, sugar, lemon juice, and egg yolk until creamy. Lightly grease 9 x 13 x 2 pan. Press one package of crescent rolls into pan covering entire bottom of pan. Pour cheese filling over dough. Shape other package of crescent rolls into 9 x 13 rectangle; place over filling. Beat egg white until frothy and brush on dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
