CRESCENT ROLL CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg yolk (save white for top)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Spread 1 package of rolls over bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan to make crust, gently pressing together. Mix egg yolk; add sugar, vanilla and cheese until blended and pour over crust.

Place second package of rolls over top. Beat egg white with fork, spread on top of rolls. Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
