TACO LOAF 
2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 med. onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 can refried beans
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix meat, bread crumbs, eggs, onion and taco mix. On waxed paper, pat the mixture into a large patty. Spread with half of the beans and all of the cheese. Roll into a loaf. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until done. Heat other half of beans and pour over taco loaf after removing from oven. Top with more grated cheese. Garnish with avocado, tomato, black olives and corn chips.
