RUSSIAN (SPICED) TEA 
4 tea bags in 1 qt. water (steep)

In other pan simmer: 3 sticks cinnamon 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 qt. water

Combine the 2 mixtures. Heat to simmering. Then just before using add: 3 c. orange juice 3 c. lemon juice with skins add to liquid

Heat all only to simmering point, do not boil. Add water to make 1 gallon. Remove spices before storing.
