REUBEN 
2 c. sour kraut, drained
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
14 - 16 oz. can corn beef
1 stick butter
1/4 c. minced onion
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Spread kraut in baking dish. Mix corn beef, sour cream, garlic powder, minced onions, and spread on kraut. Sprinkle grated cheese next. Melt butter and mix with cracker crumbs and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
