CHOCOLATE MALT CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
3/4 c. chocolate malt powder
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine crust ingredients. Pat firmly in bottom and 1/2" up the sides of a 9" springform pan. Chill.

To make filling, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 300 degrees for about 65 minutes or until filling shakes only slightly near center when moved. Cool, chill thoroughly. 16 to 20 servings.
