LONG BOY CHEESEBURGERS 
Cut in half lengthwise two (11 inch) or three (6 inch) brown-n-serve French rolls. Do not bake first. Put equal parts of beef mixture on cut side of each half of roll. Spread evenly to edges. Place on cookie sheet and bake near center of 375 degree oven about 35 minutes or until beef is done the way you like it. During the last 5 minutes of baking arrange on top of meat: 4 slices processed American cheese, cut in thirds.

BASIC GROUND BEEF MIXTURE:

1 lb. ground beef, lean
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup or chile sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. crumbs
1/2 c. Pet evaporated milk (thin milk just won't do)

Mix together.
