CABBAGE AND GROUND BEEF 
1 med. head cabbage
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. cooked rice
1 can chopped tomato
1 can tomato soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Shred cabbage, cook about 3 to 5 minutes; drain well. Brown ground beef and chopped onion, drain off any fat. Mix ground beef, onion and cooked rice. Place shredded cabbage on bottom of casserole. Place ground beef and rice on top of cabbage; add the can of soup and 1 can of water. Top with chopped canned tomato. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
