BAKED LIVER 
1/2 lb. beef liver
4 slices bacon
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Salt & pepper to taste

Fry bacon, pepper, onion (in oven skillet). Remove from pan. Coat liver with crumbs. Top liver with above mixture, use bacon drippings. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes depending on thickness of liver.
