PECAN PIE 
1 (9") pastry shell
1 c. pecan halves
3 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour

Arrange pecan halves in bottom of the pie shell. Beat eggs, add butter, corn syrup and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Combine sugar and flour. Blend with egg mixture. Pour over nuts in pie shell. Let stand until the nuts rise to the surface. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
