POTATO PANCAKE 
6 med. potatoes, peel & grind
1 tsp. salt
1 c. flour
2 eggs

Stir all together. Add milk to make a thin batter. Heat skillet and fry like pancakes (thin pancakes) until brown on both sides. Can be made an hour ahead of serving and kept warm in a 275 to 300 degree oven.
