FRUIT PIZZA 
1 roll sugar cookie dough

Cut into 1/4" slices. Arrange to make crust on lightly greased pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.

FILLING:

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. whipped topping
Fresh or canned fruit (use bananas, kiwi fruit, grapes, peaches, & oranges)

Mix together first 3 ingredients, fold in whipped topping. Spread on cooled crust. Top with fruit shortly before serving. Arrange in circle on top of pizza. Refrigerate.
