PUMPKIN BREAD | |
3 c. sugar 1 c. salad oil 4 beaten eggs 2/3 c. water 1 (1 lb.) can Del Monte pumpkin 3 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1 tsp. nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon 1/2 tsp. cloves Cream together sugar and oil; mix well. Sift together all dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients alternately with water. Pour into well-greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
