BUTTER BRICKLE BREAD 
1 box butter brickle or yellow cake mix
1 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. poppy seed
1 box instant coconut pudding

If yellow cake is used, I use butterscotch pudding and then add 1/4 cup shredded coconut.

Bake in a bread loaf pan (greased) at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Test with toothpick to see if done. Cool and eat.
