BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage
6 slices white bread
Soft butter
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
6 eggs
1 can evaporated milk
Add 8 oz. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Cook sausage over medium heat, crumble well. Drain on paper towels and set aside.

Butter bread both sides, place in 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle sausage, cheese, then combine remaining ingredients in bowl; beat well and pour over sausage, cheese and bread. Chill 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Serves 4.
