IMPOSSIBLE TACO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
Picante sauce
1 c. Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Brown ground beef and onion and drain. Mix in the taco mix and spread this all in the pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick, and eggs until smooth. Pour on meat in pie plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with picante sauce and cheese and bake until knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 8 to 10 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce and shredded cheese, if desired.
